Environmental Business meeting at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai, China

The need for further international collaboration on mitigation and adaptation approaches to climate change is extensive. With regard to Sino-Norwegian efforts on this matter both Chinese and Norwegian authorities and the industry believe the potential for increased cooperation is great. One of the places to start is the dialogue and close relations that has already been established on this matter between our two countries.

Together with the Kongsberg Group and Det Norske Veritas (DNV) the Ministry of the Environment has hosted a business-seminar with the title Public and private partnership: Acting together on Climate Change and Environmental Monitoring .
