Grimstad

The Grimstad ground station is a complete X-band acquisition station consisting of one 3.2m antenna and associated antenna control, RF equipment, demodulator, front end processor and communication equipment. Various demodulation schemes can be handled. The Grimstad station will provide coverage for direct downlink for most of Europe. KSAT will provide downloading, processing, analysis, disseminating and storing of data for near real-time and off-line Earth Observation products and monitoring services using the Grimstad station.
