Northern lights shines above Svalbard
Tuesday the 24th of January was a special night in The North of Norway, as the remnants of a powerful solar storm unleashed the most intense display of Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) we’ve seen in several years. The spectacular show also left us excited for things to come, as the sun is currently in an active phase of an 11-year solar cycle expected to peak in 2013.
