HOTEL

We have made block reservations of hotel rooms in Longyearbyen, so we all are staying together, also due to the logistics. We will be staying at Radisson Blu polar Hotel Spitsbergen.

Hotel room for 16–18 March  will be reserved for you automatically upon registration. We will do the registration. Please note that the room is not included in the event and must be paid for by the participant upon arrival in the hotel reception. The cost per night is approx. 4.800 NOK per night, included breakfast. You pay upon the arrival in the hotel reception.

FLIGHTS

Both Norwegian and SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) offers flights to Svalbard, but only SAS is flying March 16.   The flights from Oslo takes about 3 hours
