13.55: Group 2 arrive at Longyearbyen Airport
- Bus transport up to Svalbard Ground Station
- Look out for the KSAT sign in the bus window
- Welcome and informal reception when second group arrive our Ground Station
If you are already in Longyearbyen a mini-bus will pick you up from hotel Funken at 12.00, and from hotel Radisson 12.05 that will take you up to the station.
(Approx ) 16.00: Group 1 leave and heading for check-in at the hotels
(Approx) 16.45: Group 2 leave and heading for check-in at the hotels.
Evening:
18.40: Bus departure from Hotel Radisson.
- Please be on time and preferable a bit earlier, we need to register everyone before they enter the bus.
19.00: Boat trip:
We welcome you to join us on board the MS Bard. It will take you on a tour to experience Svalbard’s gorgeous coastal landscapes. We recommend warm clothes and a camera.

- Takes place at Longyearbyen’s House of Culture (Kulturhuset) located in the heart of Longyearbyen city. Agenda for this day you can find below.

This day is open for meetings, and enjoying Longyearbyen before your departure.
KSAT shuttle bus will be organized to transport you to the airport on your departure. It will leave 11:45 and 12:15 from Radisson Hotel.
